Who we are
This notice explains how AAA BuildOps (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through aaabuildops.com. If you have a question about it, use the contact form.
What we collect
When you book a demo we collect the details you type into the form: your name, company, work email, phone number (if given), the size of your office team and crew, your type of work, the plan and modules you are interested in and your message.
Like any web server, ours records technical logs (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to keep the site secure and working. This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party trackers.
Why we use it
We use your enquiry details to reply to you, arrange and run a demo, and prepare a quote — this is in our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you started. We use server logs to protect the site against abuse.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is stored on our own server and sent to our team by email. We do not sell, rent or share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, in which case our customer agreement applies. Server logs are kept for a short period and then deleted.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Send your request through the contact form. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
