Questions, answered.
How the platform works, what the AI can and cannot do, and how your data is protected.
Product
A construction operations platform that runs a building company from first enquiry to final handover: leads and site visits, quotations, contract review, deposits and invoices, projects, workforce, GPS attendance, site diaries, purchasing and receipts, accounting, VAT, handover and aftercare — on one ledger.
UK construction and home-improvement companies — general builders, extension and loft specialists, refurbishment and fit-out contractors and specialist trades — especially firms that book their own site workers and want the office, the site and the books in one place.
Yes. It was built inside a working London building company and runs its live jobs every day: enquiries, contracts, crews clocking in on site, receipts and the books. The 464 capabilities listed on this site are built into the platform today, not on a roadmap.
No. Every module works on the same ledger, but you can start with the parts you need — for example quotes, contracts and billing — and switch on workforce, attendance or the Accounting Hub when you are ready.
No. Telegram is optional. The construction bot lets supervisors send voice notes, videos, photos and receipts from site; everything also works in the web app.
AI & accounting
The AI accounting team is read-only — it cannot change the ledger from chat. Receipts are reviewed before posting. The bank agent only posts when its confidence is high enough; anything else becomes a question for a person. Every agent action records its reason and confidence and can be undone, and filed years are locked.
No. It gives your accountant clean, evidenced books: one ERPNext ledger, reconciled bank lines with their evidence, VAT controls, filed-year locking and statutory accounts snapshots.
Before a customer contract is issued, a dedicated legal review agent checks the wording for quality and consistency. The gate is fail-closed: a contract that fails, or needs a material correction, cannot continue down the normal issue path. The reviewer cannot change accepted prices, and a source hash proves what was reviewed. It supports your process; it is not a substitute for your own legal advice.
It tracks input and output VAT, allocates VAT to the right period including advance payments, locks filed returns and reads previous VAT returns from PDF with boxes 1–9 detected and the arithmetic checked before a person approves the import. A document showing VAT without a valid supplier VAT number is not treated as recoverable VAT.
Site & workforce
GPS accuracy and distance from site are recorded with every clock-in. Leaving the site is confirmed over time — a single inaccurate sample is never treated as a departure — and supervisors review and resolve attendance exceptions.
Workers use a dedicated, installable web app on its own address that works on Android and iPhone. Because it is a web app, updates reach every phone without an app-store release.
Worker payments follow UK pay rules with pay-year records and post to a labour ledger, and the accounting team works with PAYE and CIS context. Labour cost lands on each project's profitability.
The platform is built around bank transfer: invoices and the secure deposit page carry clear payment instructions, so you do not pay card-gateway fees. Receipts are tracked against every invoice.
Security & setup
Your company runs on its own isolated stack — a dedicated database, Redis cache and queue, background workers and Telegram worker. Evidence files are private, access is role-based and job-scoped, and financial writes are transactional.
Production is backed up daily, and backups are restored into an isolated environment every week to prove they work. A health watchdog checks the platform about every five minutes.
Yes. Quotes, contracts and invoices carry the right company brand and contracting entity, and more than one trading brand or legal entity is supported. Customer pages can open on your own website, and workers use their own app address.
Per company, based on the modules you use, your office team and your crew size. Book a demo and we will quote after we have seen how you work.
Book a 30-minute demo. If it fits, we set up your companies, brands, VAT, bank accounts, roles and notification routing, then invite your office team and approve your workers on their app.
