About

Built on site,
not in a boardroom.

AAA BuildOps was built inside a working London building company to run its own jobs — and it still does, every day. Now we are opening it up to other builders.

Construction workers on a building site

Why we built it

Running a building company means living in six systems at once: a CRM for enquiries, a spreadsheet for quotes, a folder of contracts, a WhatsApp group for the site, a shoebox of receipts and accounting software that never quite matches any of them.

So we built one platform that follows the job instead of the department — enquiry, visit, quote, contract, deposit, project, crew, clock-in, diary, costs, invoices, books, handover and aftercare — with every pound on one ledger.

Then we used it on our own live jobs until it was right. The result is 464 capabilities that exist because a real site needed them.

What we believe

Four rules we build by.

Built on site

Every screen exists because a real job needed it — a late skip, a lost receipt, a contract with a typo, a worker clocked in from the café.

Honest automation

AI does the reading and the matching. People make the decisions. Every agent action is scored, explained and undoable.

One version of the truth

One ledger for the office, the site and the accountant — no shadow spreadsheets, no re-keying.

Evidence over memory

Photos, voice notes, receipts and reviews are kept as originals, with an audit trail on top.

Who it's for

UK builders who run their own crews.

General builders, extension and loft specialists, refurbishment and fit-out contractors and specialist trades — from a busy office of three to multi-brand groups.
