Before a customer contract is issued, a dedicated legal review agent checks it for spelling, grammar, clarity, contradictions, duplication and stray internal notes. If it fails, the gate stays shut — and it can never quietly change your prices.

A contract that fails review, or needs a material correction, cannot continue down the normal issue path. Corrections loop through controlled review rounds until it passes.
Your numbers stay yours
The accepted quotation stays the commercial source of truth. The reviewer works on a contract-only snapshot and has no authority to alter accepted prices or figures.
Proof of what was reviewed
A source hash detects any change made after review. Agent, model, version, timestamp and outcome are recorded for every review, with full version history.
